Apple Pie Moonshine

Apple Cider - Grant Wilson
1 Gallon

1 Gallon Fresh Apple Cider
1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
8 Cinnamon Sticks
1/2 Tbsp Whole Cloves
750 ml Everclear or other 190 Proof Grain Alcohol

1. Put all of the ingredients in a large pot.
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Strain to remove Cinnamon and Cloves.
5. Let the mix cool thoroughly.
6. Add Alcohol and mix thoroughly for at least 5 minutes.
7. Store in mason jars in a cool dark place for at least 3 months before drinking. The longer it sits, the smoother it gets.

Serve on ice with friends. This is stronger than it seems. So, go slow.
