Awesome Mushroom Gravy - Grant Wilson Original

INGREDIENTS
2 8oz pkgs White Mushrooms, sliced
2 Sticks Salted Butter
2 pkgs Brown Gravy Mix
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Cup Burgundy Wine
Salt and Pepper
METHOD
1. Prepare Brown Gravy according to package instructions.
2. Melt Butter separately in a large shallow saucepan on medium heat.
3. Add Mushrooms and sauté until done.
4. Add prepared gravy mix to Mushroom mix.
5. Add Garlic Powder and Burgundy.
6. Simmer on low for 2 minutes.
7. Salt and Pepper to taste.
HOW TO SERVE
Great with Salisbury Steak and mashed potatoes, or over egg noodles.
