Baked Potatoes

Russet Potatoes
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper, or other spices

Aluminum Foil

METHOD - "Stab 'em, oil 'em, salt 'em, foil 'em"
1. Preheat oven to 450F.
2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
3. Dry the potatoes thoroughly.
4. Place each potato on its own sheet of foil, large enough to wrap the potato completely.
5. Stab the potatoes all over with a fork.
6. Brush the potatoes with olive oil.
7. Season the whole outside of the potatoes with salt and pepper, and any other spices you would like.
8. Wrap the potatoes in their foil sheets. Seal each potato completely.
9. Bake in the oven for 60 minutes, turning over after 30 minutes.
10. When done, remove from foil, cut down the middle long ways, and top with your choice of toppings.

Serve with a variety of toppings; butter, sour cream, chives, green onions, bacon, cheese, chili, etc.
