BBQ Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS
3lb Chicken Wings
2 Tbsp Seasoned Salt, divided
1 Cup+ BBQ Sauce (Montgomery Inn)


METHOD
1. Thaw and completely dry the Chicken Wings.
2. Place half of the Wings in a large mixing bowl.
3. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp Seasoned Salt over the wings and mix well with gloved hands.
4. Place the spiced Wings in a crockpot, and repeat with the second half of Wings.
5. Pour 1/2 Cup or so of BBQ Sauce over the Wings in the crockpot.
6. Stir gently making sure all the Wings are covered in sauce. Cover.
7. Turn the crockpot on HIGH for two hours, or LOW for four hours.
8. Line a large baking sheet with tin foil and then place a cooling rack on top of the foil.
9. When the wings are done, remove them to the prepared baking sheet, fat side up.
10. Brush the Wings generously with half of the remainder of the BBQ Sauce.
11. Broil the Wings in the oven for 2-5 minutes. Do not leave unattended.
12. When the Wings are broiled to your liking, remove them, flip them over, and brush with the last of the BBQ Sauce.
13. Return the Wings to the oven to broil for another 2-5 minutes. Do not leave unattended.
14. When Wings are done, remove from the oven and serve!
