BLT Pasta

BLT Pasta - Grant Wilson Original

2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 12oz pkg Thick-Cut Bacon, NOT MAPLE FLAVOR
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Pepper
2 Cloves Garlic, minced or pressed
2 Large tomatoes, chopped 1/2"
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 lb Penne Rigate or Rotini Pasta

1. Warm a non-stick frying pan on medium heat.
2. When the pan is warm add the Olive Oil.
3. When he Olive Oil is aromatic, add the Garlic, Bacon, Salt, and Pepper. Stir well.
4. Cook, stirring often, until Bacon is firm but not crispy.
5. When the Bacon is done, remove from heat.
6. When Pasta is done, drain and return to its pot.
7. Add Bacon mix and Mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly.
8. Add Tomatoes and stir well.

Serve with an Italian Side Salad to get the "L" in "BLT".
