Brownie Bites

INGREDIENTS
1 pkg brownie mix (preferably Ghirardelli Ultimate Chocolate)
Pam or Cake Release
1-48 piece mini muffin pan or 2-24 piece mini muffin pan

METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mix the brownies according to the package instructions.
3. Grease each indentation in your mini muffin pan(s).
4. Using a small spoon, fill up the cups about half way. (approx 1 tsp)
5. Bake for 16 minutes.
6. When done, let cool completely.
7. Once completely cool, remove from pan and enjoy.
