Buffalo Sauce
INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup Frank's Louisiana hot sauce
1 stick (1/2 cup) cold unsalted butter
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce or other hot sauce (like the Sriracha I used)
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
salt to taste
METHOD
1. Place all ingredients into a sauce pan.
2. Bring up to a simmer over medium heat, gently stirring continuously with a whisk.
3. As soon as it starts to bubble/boil remove from heat, give it a whisk and set it aside.
HOW TO SERVE
- Toss with chicken wings and eat, or toss the wings back in the oven to bake the sauce on to them.
