Chocolate Chess Pie

INGREDIENTS
9" Unbaked Pie Crust
2 1/4 Cup Granulated White Sugar
1/4 Cup + 1 tsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
3 Eggs
1 1/2 5oz Can Evaporated Milk (7 1/2oz)
1/4 Cup + 2 Tbsp Melted Butter
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla

METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Mix together Sugar and Cocoa in a large mixing bowl.
3. In a small separate bowl, beat the Eggs.
4. Add the Eggs to the beaten Cocoa and mix thoroughly.
5. Beat in Milk, Butter, and Vanilla.
6. Pour mix into a 9" unbaked pie crust.
7. Bake for 1:20

HOW TO SERVE
Let cool before slicing.
