Cucumber Salad

Cucumber Salad - Betty Wilson

2 Long English Cucumbers
1/2 Sweet Vidalia Onion
1/3 Cup White vinegar
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp Water
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped or 1 tsp dried Dill
Salt & Pepper to taste

1. Thinly slice the the cucumbers and onions (peel the cucumbers if you like)
2. Mix all ingredients in with the cucumbers and onions.
3. Combine well.
4. Salt and Pepper to taste
5. Marinate in fridge for 1-4 hours. Tossing a few times while marinating.
