Deviled Egg Dip
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup non-fat small curd cottage cheese
2 Tbsp prepared yellow mustard
1 hard boiled egg. peeled
A couple sprigs of fresh dill
1 medium dill pickle
Dash of paprika
METHOD
1 Place all ingredients into blender or in a bowl with an immersion blender.
2. Blend in bursts until completely obliterated. Be sure to pulse the blender so the ingredients don't get too hot.
3. Empty contents into a bowl and sprinkle more paprika over the top.
HOW TO SERVE
Serve in a bowl with chopped vegetables for dipping.
