Christmas Egg Nog

Christmas Eggnog - Grant Wilson
double and triple as needed

INGREDIENTS
3 Eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
3 Cups Milk
1 1/2 Cans Canned Milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Ground Nutmeg


METHOD
1. Combine Eggs, Sugar, and Salt, in a large saucepan.
2. Stir in Milk and Canned Milk.
3. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer, stirring constantly, until mixture coats a spoon (approx. 10 minutes).
4. Remove from heat and let cool.
5. When cool, stir in Vanilla Extract.
6. Chill in the fridge.
7. Strain.
8. Beat until frothy.


HOW TO SERVE
Pour into glasses and serve cold, topped with a dash of nutmeg.
