Sweet Eggnog - Grant Wilson
double and triple as needed
INGREDIENTS
2 Eggs, well beaten
1 15oz Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 Cups Milk
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream, whipped
Nutmeg
METHOD
1. Combine Eggs, Condensed Milk, Salt, and Vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
2. Stir well until thoroughly blended.
3. Beat in milk until well blended.
4. in a separate bowl, whip the Heavy Cream.
5. Gently fold in the Whipped Cream.
HOW TO SERVE
Pour into glasses and serve cold, topped with a dash of nutmeg.
