Fast Beef Stroganoff
INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp Vegetable or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 lb Ground Beef or Turkey
2-3 Cloves Garlic, minced or pressed
1 22.6oz Can of Condensed Cream of Mushroom soup
1 1/2 Cup Milk
1 Large Beef Bouillon Cube
1 Tbsp Dried Chives
1/2-1 Cup Sour Cream
METHOD
1. Heat the oil in a large dutch oven, or sauce pan on medium heat.
2. Add the meat, garlic, and some Salt and Pepper.
3. Brown the meat, breaking it up as much as possible. (cover the dish if you'd like the meat to cook more quickly)
4. When the meat is cooked, add the Soup, Milk, Bouillon Cube, and Chives. Stir well, ensuring Bouillon dissolves.
5. Once bubbling, reduce heat to medium-low/low and simmer for at least 5 minutes, just to wake up the Chives.
6. Remove from heat. Add the Sour Cream and mix thoroughly.
7. Salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
HOW TO SERVE
Serve over Buttered Egg Noodles or White Rice.
