Gnocchi - Grant Wilson

INGREDIENTS
1 Kilo Potatoes
1 Kilo Flour
3 Eggs
Salt


METHOD
1. Peel and Chop the potatoes
2. Boil the potatoes in heavily salted water.
3. Mash the potatoes and let cool to the touch.
4. Add Flour and Eggs.
5. Mix thoroughly into a huge ball.
6. Roll the ball flat and cut into strips.
7. Roll the strips into tubes 3/4 inch around.
8. Cut into cubes.
9. Boil until they float to the top then, remove with a slotted spoon.


HOW TO SERVE
Great with Bolognese Sauce or Marinara Sauce
