Grilled Vegetables

INGREDIENTS
2-3 Zucchini
1 Large sweet onion
16 oz Mushrooms
2 Red Bell Peppers
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Vegetable oil
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp Italian herbs
Juice of 1 Lemon


METHOD
1. Slice the mushrooms 1/4 inch thick.
2. Chop the rest of the vegetables into 1" pieces
3. Place them all in a large Tupperware container.
4. Add all the rest of the ingredients to the container.
5. Mix well by shaking the container.
6. Let marinate for at least an hour.
7. Grill in a perforated pan on the grill until they reach your desired level of doneness. OR Saute in a cast iron pan OR roast in the oven.
