Ham and Cheese Potato Casserole - Reanna Wilson
INGREDIENTS
1 32oz pkg frozen Shredded Hashbrowns
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Cups Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
1 22.6oz Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 Stick Butter, cut into 1 Tbsp pats
1 Hamsteak, cubed
METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. Put all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
3. Put the mixture into a 9"x13" baking pan.
4. Bake for 45-60 minutes. The edges should be golden brown and the top should be bubbling.
VARIATONS
Feel free to add 1 diced Onion to the mix, if you like.
If you want this to strictly be a side dish, leave out the ham.
Try splashing some hot sauce on top of your portion.
VEGETARIAN
Simply leave out the ham.
