Ham Rolls

Ham Rolls - Grant Wilson

INGREDIENTS
1 Bunch Green Onions, minced
1 Pkg Philadelphia Cream Cheese
2 16oz pkgs Ham Slices (rectangular)

METHOD
1. Place the Cream Cheese in a bowl.
2. Add the minced Green Onions and mix thoroughly with a fork until Onions are dispersed evenly.
3. Get a plate and put a paper towel on it.
4. Take a slice of Ham from the package and place it on the paper towel on the plate.
5. Take a second paper towel and dry the top side of the Ham. If the Ham isn't dry, the Cream Cheese mix won't adhere.
6. When the Ham is dry, remove it to a cutting board.
7. Use a butter knife to spread about a tsp or 2 of the Cream Cheese mixture onto the Ham. Spread it as evenly as possible. It should be pretty thin, but covering the whole slice. You don't want too much.
8. Roll the Ham up with the Cream Cheese mixture on the inside.
9. Slice the roll in thirds to form three even sized rolls. Place them on a serving tray or inside a Tupperware container if you want to serve later.
10. Repeat this process until all of the Ham is gone.
11. Keep refrigerated or serve immediately.

HOW TO SERVE
Serve them neatly arranged on a serving tray with some toothpicks so people can stab them and eat them.
