Hard Boiled Eggs - Grant Wilson & the whole dang world

INGREDIENTS
Eggs
Water
Ice


METHOD
1. Place however many Eggs you want to cook in a single layer in a pot.
2. Cover the Eggs with cold Water until about 1 inch above the Eggs.
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Once boiling, cover the pot and remove it from the heat. Do NOT lift the lid.
5. Let it sit undisturbed for 4-12 minutes.
6. Place the Eggs in an ice bath for 10 minutes.
7. Gently tap the eggs on a had surface and peel off the shell.
8. Rinse the eggs and pat dry.


BOIL TIMES
4 Minutes - Runny Yolk
6 Minutes - Set Yolk
8 Minutes - Soft Boiled
10 Minutes - Hard Boiled
12 Minutes - Firm
14 Minutes - Solid
