Hibachi Fried Rice

3 Cups Cooked Rice
1 15oz Can Green Peas
3 Eggs
2 Tbsp Butter
Hibachi Sauce
Salt & Pepper

1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
2 Tbsp Mirin

1. Melt the Butter in a non-stick frying pan on medium heat.
2. Whisk the Eggs together in a bowl
3. Pour the Eggs into the pan and leave them to cook without stirring.
4. When Eggs are almost done, stir them around, breaking them up, but not too much, and immediately add the Rice, Peas, and Hibachi Sauce.
5. Mix thoroughly until everything is warm.

Serve with Hibachi Steak or Hibachi Chicken and Hibachi Vegetables with Yum Yum Sauce
