Hibachi Garlic Butter

INGREDIENTS
3 sticks unsalted Butter, room temperature
6-8 cloves Garlic, peeled, root end removed
2 Tbsp Soy sauce


METHOD
1. Peel Garlic and chop of the hard root end.
2. Add Garlic and Soy Sauce to a mixer and puree thoroughly.
3. Add soy garlic mixture to softened butter. Mix until totally incorporated and no liquid remains at bottom of bowl.
4. Store in covered container in refrigerator for 1 week or freeze for up to 6 months.
