Italian Side Salad

Italian Side Salad - Vincenzo's Plate

INGREDIENTS
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Canned or Marinated Artichokes
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
White vinegar
Salt


METHOD
1. Make a simple lettuce salad adding salt, a little white vinegar and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Mix well and then place it on the side of a plate
2. Dice the tomato and cut the artichoke in half and place them on top of the salad


HOW TO SERVE
Serve with Chicken Cutlets or any meal.
