6-8 servings

INGREDIENTS
2 Pork Loins OR 2-4 lbs of any meat; steak, chicken, etc.

1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
2 tsp Garlic Salt

3 Cups uncooked Rice
3 Tbsp Rice Vinegar

1 Bunch Green Onions, sliced small


METHOD
1. Get rice going in a rice cooker.
2. Clean and slice the green onions. Place them in a small bowl and set aside for garnish.
3. In a large Tupperware bowl, combine Vegetable Oil, Water, Soy Sauce, and Garlic salt.
4. Thinly slice the meat and place in marinade. Cover and shake well.
5. Let marinate for at least 5 minutes, shaking a couple times to ensure all the meat is covered.
6. Heat some vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan.
7. Fry meat in batches, adding the cooked meat to a covered bowl to keep it warm as you go.
8. When the rice is done, mix the Rice Vinegar into it.


HOW TO SERVE
Serve the Meat over Rice in a bowl, and garnish with the sliced Green Onions and Soy Sauce, if you desire.

This dish goes great with steamed Broccoli.
