Lemon Bars - Grant Wilson
INGREDIENTS
Crust
1 1/8 Cup Butter
2 1/4 Cups Flour
1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
Filling
3 Eggs
4 Tbsp Flour
1 1/2 Cups Granulated Sugar
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Soften Butter and mix with Flour and Powdered Sugar in a large bowl.
3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9"x13" baking pan so it is as flat as possible.
4. Bake for 15 minutes.
5. Bet the Eggs.
6. Add Flour and Granulated Sugar, and mix well.
7. Add Lemon juice and mix thoroughly.
8. When the crust is done, remove it from the oven and pour the lemon mixture over the hot crust.
9. Bake in the 350F oven for 15 minutes.
10. When it is done, Dust the top with Powdered Sugar.
11. Chill in the fridge.
