Lemon Breeze - Betty Wilson


2 1/4 Cup Crushed Graham Crackers
2/3 Cup Melted Butter (11 Tbsp)

Cream Cheese Layer
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
2 8oz pkgs Philadelphia Cream Cheese

Lemon Layer
2 3.5oz pkgs Instant Lemon Pudding
3 Cups Cold Milk

1 8oz pkg Cool Whip
Chopped Pecans (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Mix the "Crust" ingredients together thoroughly.
3. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9"x12" baking pan. (Glass if you have it)
4. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
5. Mix all of the "Cream Cheese Layer" ingredients together until smooth.
6. Spread the "Cream Cheese Layer" onto the cooled crust.
7. Mix the "Lemon Layer" ingredients together until thick.
8. Spread the "Lemon Layer" on top of the "Cream Cheese Layer".
9. Spread Cool Whip on top of the "Lemon Layer".
10. Sprinkle with Chopped Pecans (optional) and chill well before serving.
