Mac & Cheese Salad
INGREDIENTS
1 pkg Family Sized Mac and Cheese (Kraft, Velveeta, Annies, etc.)
1-2 Tomatoes, chopped
3-5 Green Onions, sliced
1/4 Cup Mayo
Salt & Pepper
METHOD
1. Cook the pasta from the Mac and Cheese according to the instructions on the packaging.
2. While pasta is cooking, add the mayo and cheese flavoring from the Mac and cheese to a bowl and mix to combine thoroughly.
3. Drain the pasta and rinse to cool.
4. Add the cooled pasta to a large mixing bowl.
5. Add the mayo mixture to the pasta and combine thoroughly.
6. Add the tomato and green onion. Stir well to combine.
7. Salt and pepper to taste.
8. Chill until ready to serve.
VARIATION
Some other things to add to the mix or replace are: celery, green bell pepper, pimentos, bacon
