Pasta Italia

Pasta Italia - Grant Wilson Original
2-3 servings

INGREDIENTS (*Add as much or as little of each ingredient to suit your taste.)
5-8 oz dry small shell Pasta or any small pasta
2 medium vine ripened tomatoes (approx. 1-2 Cups diced tomato), 1/4" pieces
1 8oz Fresh Mozzarella Ball, diced 1/4" - 1/2" pieces
1/2 oz Fresh Basil or 1 Tbsp dried
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Monari Federzoni Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Salt

1. Get the pasta water boiling.
2. Dice the Tomatoes and Mozzarella and place them in a large mixing bowl.
3. Tear the Basil leaves roughly by hand and add to bowl.
4. Add the Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, and Salt to the bowl and mix well.
5. By this time, the water should be boiling. Add some salt and the pasta and cook until past al-dente (Usually 3 minutes longer than the packaging directions).
6. When the pasta is done cooking, drain it and rinse it thoroughly with cold water to cool it off completely.
7. Add cooled pasta to the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Serve Immediately. When serving, make sure to scoop from the BOTTOM of the bowl. This will bring the right amount of dressing to the bowl.
