Peanut Butter Fudge

Peanut Butter Fudge - Grant Wilson

INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 lb Powdered Sugar
1 Cup Unsalted Butter
1 tsp Vanilla

Butter to grease pan
Wax Paper


METHOD
1. Place Butter and Peanut Butter in a microwave safe dish.
2. Microwave on his for 2 minutes.
3. Stir well and place back in microwave for another 2 minutes.
4. Remove and stir.
5. Add Vanilla and mix thoroughly.
6. Slowly stir in the Powdered Sugar a little at a time.
7. Grease an 8x8 baking pan.
8. Cover the bottom and sides with one sheet of wax paper.
9. Add the Peanut Butter mix to the pan.
10. Using a rubber spatula, pat the mix down evenly, and smooth the surface.
11. Add another piece of wax paper on top.
12. Refrigerate for an hour or until cool.
