Pumpkin Pie

INGREDIENTS
3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp Ground Clove
2 Large Eggs
1 15oz Can Pumpkin
1 12oz Can Evaporated Milk
1 Unbaked 9" Deep-Dish Pie Shell


METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 425F.
2. Mix Sugar, Salt, Cinnamon, Ginger, and Cloves in a small bowl.
3. Beat the Eggs in a large separate bowl.
4. Stir the Pumpkin and the Sugar-Spice mixture into the eggs.
5. Gradually stir in the Evaporated Milk.
6. Pour the mix into the Pie Shell.
7. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
8. Reduce temperature to 350F and bake for 40-50 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
9. Cool on a wire rack for 2 hours.
