Ribs - Nick Hagen

Dry Rub (Steak and Shake Seasoning, Tony's, Etc.)
Smoked Paprika

1. Preheat the oven to 250F.
2. Dry the Ribs with a paper towel.
3. Place a 3-4 foot long piece of tin foil centered on a cookie sheet.
4. Place the ribs, bone side up in the foil.
5. Cover ribs thoroughly with Dry Rub, and lightly sprinkle with Smoked Paprika.
6. Flip the ribs over and repeat the process with the Dry Rub and Smoked Paprika.
7. Wrap the Ribs in the foil by folding over the long sides of the foil, then roll the tops and bottoms. Or do whatever makes you feel they are sealed.
8. Place the cookie sheet with the ribs wrapped in foil into the oven.
9. Bake for 3.5 hours.
10. Slather with BBQ sauce if you like and enjoy.
