Roasted Asparagus

Roasted Asparagus - Grant Wilson

1 Bunch of Asparagus
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Lemon or Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper

1. Preheat oven to 425F.
2. Wash Asparagus.
3. Grab the bottom of the Asparagus with one hand. Grab the top with the other hand, just under the bud. Using your hand up by the bud, gently bend the Asparagus until the stem breaks at the perfect point. Discard the bottoms.
4. Spread the Asparagus on a cookie sheet.
5. Drizzle with Olive Oil.
6. Sprinkle with Salt and fresh cracked Pepper.
7. Roast in the oven for 10 minutes.
8. Remove from oven and squeeze the lemon half on top of the Asparagus.
9. Serve immediately.
