Roasted Turkey

Roasted Turkey - Grant Wilson

1 Turkey
4 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary
4 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
4 Sprigs Fresh Sage
1 Large Onion, quartered
2 Stalks Celery, cut in half the short way
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Turkey Bag

1. Be sure Turkey is 100% defrosted.
2. Preheat the oven according to the size of the Turkey on the Turkey Bag packaging.
3. Remove all of the giblets from the body cavity and up near the neck.
4. Rinse off the Turkey.
5. Pat it dry with paper towels.
6. Fold the wings under the Turkey.
7. Brush Olive Oil over the entire Turkey.
8. Sprinkle Salt and Pepper over the entire Turkey.
9. Place the Herbs on top of the Turkey.
10. Prepare the Turkey Bag according to the directions on the package.
11. Throw the Onion and Celery in the bag.
12. Carefully put the Turkey in the bag and close it with the tie.
13. Poke holes in the bag and bake according to the directions.
