Salmon Bites
INGREDIENTS
Salmon
1/2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp Sweet Paprika
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Dried Italian Herb Seasoning
2 tsp Salt
2 Salmon Fillets, skin removed, sliced into 1" pieces
1-2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Glaze
1/3 cup Honey
1-2 Tbsp Hot Sauce
METHOD
1. Combine panko, paprika, garlic powder, Italian herbs, and salt in a large container or bowl.
2. Remove any skin from the salmon.
3. Cut the salmon into 1" square pieces.
4. Add the salmon to the breading mix and toss to coat the salmon.
5. (Optional) If you want them extra crispy, dip the salmon bites in a beaten egg and more panko breadcrumbs.
6. (Optional) For extra color, sprinkle with more paprika.
7. Preheat your air frier to 380F.
8. Lightly spray cooking spray in air frier.
9. Add salmon to the air frier in a single layer, and drizzle with olive oil.
10. Bake in the air frier at 380F for 8-10 minutes, until fully cooked and crispy, flipping halfway through.
11. In a small bowl, mix the honey and hot sauce together.
12. Add to the cooked salmon bites and toss to coat.
