Sausage Gravy

Grandma Crystal's Sausage Gravy

2 lbs Jimmy Dean breakfast pork sausage
1/4 Cup Flour
3 Cups Milk
1 Large Chicken Bouillon Cube OR 2 tsp Herbox Chicken Granules
1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Fresh ground Black Pepper to taste
Dash Cayenne Pepper to taste OR crushed red pepper (optional))

1. In large skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage until it crumbles.
2. Do NOT drain fat.
3. Add flour and stir until flour is light brown.
4. Add milk (enough to cover sausage)
5. Add Chicken granules, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and red pepper (optional). Bring to a light boil, stirring constantly.
6. If sauce is too thick, add milk.
7. Once lightly boiling, reduce to low and simmer uncovered for a couple minutes.

Serve over fresh biscuits.
