Sauteed Mushrooms

Sautéed Mushrooms - Grant Wilson

1 Stick Butter
24oz White Mushrooms, sliced thick
optional 5 Cloves Garlic, minced or pressed
1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley, chopped or 1 Tbsp Dried Parsley
1 Tbsp Flour
Salt and Pepper

1. Melt Butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.
2. Add the Mushrooms to the pan.
3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until Mushrooms are cooked to your liking.
4. Add Parsley, and some Salt and Pepper.
5. Optional Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring once.
6. Move all the mushrooms to one side and tilt the pan to gather all the liquid into one place. Add the flour and stir until smooth.
7. Stir the mushroom and flour mix together. let cook long enough to remove the raw flavor of the flour.
8. Salt and Pepper to taste.

Serve as a side or on steak or chicken.
