Swiss Limeade
INGREDIENTS
4 limes
800 ml (3 1/3 cup) cold water
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
ice to taste
METHOD
1. Wash and quarter the limes. Be sure to remove the white parts in the center.
2. Place the limes, skin and all, into a blender. Blend thoroughly.
3. Pour the blended limes through a strainer into a pitcher. Be sure to get as mush of the juice as possible.
4. Rinse the blender and return the strained lime juice to the blender.
5. Add Water, Condensed Milk, and Ice.
6. Blend again until creamy and smooth.
7. Serve immediately.
