Tater Tot Casserole

INGREDIENTS
Olive oil
1 lb ground beef or turkey
2-3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
1 22.6 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can of milk
1.5 tsp Seasoned salt or more to taste
1 package of tater tot rounds (the flat ones, if possible)
Grated cheese of your choice, preferably cheddar


METHOD
1. Pre heat oven to the temperature indicated on the tater tot package.
2. Heat the olive oil in a shallow wide pan on medium heat.
3. When the oil is warm, add the beef and a couple shakes of salt and pepper. Break up the meat as it cooks.
4. When the meat is 3/4 of the way done, add the garlic.
5. When the meat is done, add the soup and milk. Stir well to combine.
6. turn the heat to low and let simmer until smooth.
7. Season with seasoned salt to taste.
8. Pour the mixture into a baking pan.
9. Top with rows of tater tots.
10. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
11. Bake in the oven for the length of time indicated on the tater tot packaging. (or longer if you desire)
