Thick Brick Brownies

Thick Brick Brownies - Grant Wilson

3 Cups Granulated Sugar
4 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
2 1/4 Cups Flour
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa

1. Preheat oven to 325F.
2. Mix Sugar, Eggs, and Vanilla together in a large mixing bowl.
3. Add the Oil and mix thoroughly.
4. Add the flour a little at a time, mixing thoroughly as you go. It will be thick.
5. Butter the bottom of a 9"x13" baking pan?? (Not sure on the size here)
6. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until done. Check the doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center. If it comes out without any mixture on it, they are done.
