Tomatillo Dressing

Tomatillo Dressing - Reanna Wilson & Cafe Rio

INGREDIENTS
1 1oz pkg Dry Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning
1 Cup Buttermilk
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Large or 2 Small Tomatillos, shucked
1 Clove Garlic
1/2 Bunch Cilantro
1/2 tsp Lime Juice
1/2 - 1 Fresh Jalapeño, seeds removed

METHOD
1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until it reaches an even consistency.

HOW TO SERVE
Serve over ANYTHING Mexican, or with any type of chicken or steak. Goes great with Carne Asada.
