Tomato Soup Cake

Tomato Soup Cake - Grant Wilson

1 1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Shortening
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 15oz Can Tomato Soup
3 Cups Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 pinch Nutmeg

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Cream together Sugar and Shortening.
3. Add Eggs, Vanilla, and Tomato Soup. Mix well.
4. Separately, mix together Flour, Baking Powder, Salt, Baking Soda, Cinnamon, and Nutmeg.
5. Add dry ingredients to soup mixture, and mix thoroughly.
6. If too thick, mix with a little bit of water at a time until it can be poured into a pan.
7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until done.
8. frost when cool (try Nutella).
