Violet Sake
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Monin Desert Pear Syrup.
2.5 oz Sake.
6 oz or 3/4 cup of water.
1 oz Rose's Sweetened Lime Juice
Lemon Slice for garnish
METHOD
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add Pear Syrup, Sake, Water and the juice from 1/4 lime into a shaker.
3. Shake.
4. Strain into a glass with some ice.
5. Garnish with a Lemon slice.

1 Cup Ginger Ale
1.5 oz Monin Desert Pear Syrup
1 oz Lime Juice
Lemon slice for garnish
METHOD
1. Add all ingredients to a glass of ice and stir.
2. Garnish with a lemon slice.
