Whipped Cream
enough for two pies
INGREDIENTS
1 Pint Whipping Cream
1 Cup Powdered Sugar or 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 tsp real vanilla extract (optional)
METHOD
1. Pour the cream into a large mixing bowl.
2. Start beating the cream and vanilla with a mixer or Kitchenaid on high.
3. Slowly add the sugar as you beat the cream.
4. Continue to beat until the sugar is fully incorporated and has stiff peaks.
